Terms and Conditions for Mocksy

Welcome to Mocksy by ZaltysWorks (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Mocksy macOS application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

ZaltysWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your macOS device for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties without our written permission.
• Use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ZaltysWorks and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Collect or store personal data from other users without consent

4. Analytics and Data Collection

Mocksy may collect anonymized usage data through third-party services such as Firebase and TelemetryDeck to improve app performance. This data does not personally identify you.

5. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new features. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of these changes.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the App will meet your requirements
• That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Accuracy or reliability of any content

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZaltysWorks shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZaltysWorks, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or other legal reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
